About the Role: Your role is to act as the voice of the user to improve the UX of the product at different stages of development. You will work with a team of nugget.ai employees in the development of the product for AmeriSave. You will report to the managerial team at AmeriSave. 
 
Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Design, Psychology, or related fields 
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a UX researcher 
• Proven understanding of the product development lifecycle 
• Ability to gather detailed information from users through both qualitative and quantitative means 
• Highly effective cross-functional team management 
• Previous experience delivering timely results in a fast-paced environment 
• Exceptional writing and editing skills combined with strong presentation and public speaking skills 
• Strong proficiency in English 

 
Assets: 

• Previous experience in a start-up 
• Previous experience working with mortgage companies or the lending sector 
• Experience as a UX/UI designer 
• Experience working with Sketch, Figma, or Invision
